The Arc Solutions Technical Service Centre (TSC) provides high quality technical support to Arc technology users. With support resource across the globe, the TSC is able to provide after sales technical support 24/7/365 - based on customer and reseller support requirements.

Arc recognises that the needs of each of our end-users is unique, and as such have created 4 different technical support options, to meet every requirement.

Business Support provides a 9-5, Monday- Friday support contract providing the end user with both telephone and e-mail technical support, including free maintenance upgrades for the Arc Suite of products.

Arc Business Plus Support
includes all of the above, plus complimentary major software upgrades*. These will typically include product enhancements modifications. This software is included at no additional cost as a part of the Business Plus Support offering.

Arc Total Support provides 24x7x365 support for the Arc Suite of products. This support option offers complete peace of mind and includes full telephone and e-mail based technical support with complimentary maintenance upgrades for the Arc Suite of products.

Arc Total Plus Support includes all of the above with the added benefit of free major software upgrades*.
