Arc Enterprise and Arc Express are part of the Cisco Solutions Plus Program. Arc Enterprise is a feature-rich attendant console application for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). Arc Express is a scalable, modular application for CUCM Express.

Arc Enterprise and Arc Express are available worldwide through the Cisco price list to customers and all Cisco IP Communications Specialized Partners. Resellers may be an Arc Accredited Partner, deploying and supporting the Arc software themselves, or may use Arc Professional Services partners in their region to perform this role for them.

Where greater functionality is required, Arc Solutions recommends an upgrade to Enterprise Premium console which provides features such as:

• Guest database integration
• Arabic language version
• CUPS, LCS/OCS integration
• Send SMS from operator console
• Large scale directory (up to 150,000)
• Full multi-tenancy features
