Arc Solutions moves even closer to Cisco unified Communications!

Arc Solutions, the leading voice applications developer for Cisco Unified Communications, is pleased to announce that it now has operations based within the Cisco facilities in Research Triangle Park, NC. 

With this new arrangement it means that Arc can work even closer with Cisco in the joint development of operator center applications, designed exclusively for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager. In addition to the SolutionsPlus and OEM relationship already in place between Cisco and Arc, this latest move reaffirms Arc's continued 100% focus on providing complimentary, value added applications for Cisco unified Communications customers.
