Richard Betts is President of Arc Solutions Inc and is responsible for operations across North America. He has many years experience in the Telecommunications industry, having worked in senior management positions within leading vendors such as Ericsson, Mitel and Nortel. He went on to join Mettoni as Sales Director, then as General Manager. Richard has been heavily involved in previous Mettoni acquisitions including Arc Solutions and thereafter held the position of Managing Director for Arc. He then relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina to head up the North American division
Alex Black is Chief Technology Officer for the Mettoni Group and leads the strategy, research and development of software products for Arc Solutions. Alex started his career in aeronautics and became a systems programmer for BAe. He spent 13 years working for Digital (DEC) where he was the Technical Director for the global finance business. Alex then worked for P&P and GE Capital in the field of acquisitions prior to forming a strategy consulting business helping businesses develop strategies to address the emerging Internet market. Alex held senior strategy and product roles in Logicalis, SNSL/Omnetica. Most recently Alex was Strategy Director of Affiniti.
