Training Overview
Arc offers different types of training to suit various audiences:
User training. This is provided to end users who require operational training in order to maximise the use and benefit of Arc technology. It can be provided either on site in small groups, or at our training centres in a classroom environment.
Supervisor/administration training. These are more technical, and designed for system managers, ICT staff and supervisors within customer organisations. The content of these sessions is therefore more complex and so is normally carried out in a classroom environment at our training centres.
Installation/maintenance training. Specifically for reseller engineers, these courses enable our partners to train their implementation and support personnel to a standard which allows Arc technolgy to be implemented locally by a partner, together with first line technical support. Due to the high levels of equipment required for these courses, they are normally held in our training centres.
